Hello Business Owner/Manager

We have made it very easy for you to view, edit, and send broadcast messages from your business profile on TownCenter. Read the instructions below and within just a few minutes you will have complete access to all of the Manager features.

  1. Download the TownCenter Manager app

2. Sign up using your designated business email address.

Open the Manager app and create an account using the email linked to your business.
Don’t have a designated business email yet?
👉 Request access by filling out this form.

3. Verify your email address

Check your inbox (and junk/spam folder) for an email from TownCenter and click the verification link.
This step confirms the account belongs to you.

4. Log in and start managing your profile(s).

Once verified, return to the Manager app and log in.

That’s it! You’re in.

If you ever forget your password or want to change it, just tap Forgot Password in the Manager app.

If you ever need to change your designated email address, just email support@towncenter.au with your business name and new email address.

Great. You’re logged in to TownCenter Manager.

Now, what can you do?

  • Manager Dashboard

    You can view or edit your profile., send messages to subscribers, allow messages from Admins, and set weekly reminders. Once logged in, you stay logged in.

  • View Your Profile

    Tap the View Profile button to see your profile the way your visitors see your profile on TownCenter.

  • Edit Your Profile

    Tap the Edit Profile button to make changes to your profile including description, opening hours, photos, contact details and social links.

  • Send Messages

    Tap the paper plane button to send messages from your profile to all Lord Howe Island subscribers. We are working hard to encourage all Island visitors to subscribe to this broadcast.

  • Share your QR

    Tap the QR button to view and share your profile QR code and/or direct link. It works a little like a digital business card allowing you to share all of your latest details with in-person visitors.

  • Allow Messages from Admins

    Allow messages from Admins so you can get updates and notices from TownCenter, LHITA, LHIB and other community organisations.

  • Set Weekly Reminder

    You can set your own weekly reminder which prompts you to view and update your profile. This is ideal for hospitality businesses whose opening hours or daily offerings ebb and flow like the tides.
